Job Summary

Manages the administration of quality control process, monitor work assignments, and maintain training program for Premium Auditors and Audit Review personnel.

 

 Essential Job Functions

  • Supervise Audit Reviewer staff to include performance management, training and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Administer a quality process to minimize audit errors and maintain customer timeliness standards.

  • Review workload assignments and monitor outstanding work to meet department timeliness standards.

  • Recommend and implement ongoing process and procedure improvements to improve overall efficiency, quality and effectiveness.

  • Consult with Producers and Customers to assure the Customer Satisfaction process is maintained to the highest possible standards.

  • Consult with state authorities, applicable Bureau's and NCCI to assure standards of performance are met.

  • Consult with customers and when required conduct audits to determine proper premium for policy period as directed.

  • Provide technical assistance to customer and/or agents in setting up records for insurance purposes.

  • Advise underwriting and other concerned parties of any factors discovered on audits that may offset risks i.e., new classifications, financial status, housekeeping, cooperation, etc.,

  • Advise and instruct premium audit reviewers on the correct billing of completed audits.

  • Comply with proper internal controls as necessary to conduct job functions and/or carry out responsibilities and/or administrative activities at Company.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • Experience as a Premium Audit Field auditor strongly preferred

  • Thorough experience regarding the usage of PAAS (Codes, Bulletins, FAQ’s, Chart of State Exceptions, etc.)

  • Three years of experience as a Premium Audit Supervisor preferred

  • Skilled in the use and application of Microsoft software including strong Excel skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Salary range of $100k - $130k. Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location. Our company offers a competitive benefits package and bonus eligibility on top of base.
