Duties

Job Summary:

This individual will be assisting portfolio managers with making decisions on investment and trading strategies for TMAM USA client accounts, by giving supports which include providing quantitative analysis as well as developing and improving quantitative investment management models.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prepare data contributing to investment management of multi-asset portfolios by developing processes for collecting and monitoring data on a daily basis.  Ensures the integrity, timely collection, and delivery of those data.
  • Create reports to monitor multi-asset quantitative investment management.
  • Analyze changes collected data and model associated impact on results.
  • Create and modify investment analysis for multi-asset quantitative investment management.
  • Provide analytical support during the development of special projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis of market data as requested.

Qualifications

  • Must be working on an advanced degree in quantitative major
  • Must be familiar with Python
  • Must have knowledge in derivatives, especially future contracts
  • Must understand basic concepts in portfolio construction and optimization
  • Must have basic knowledge in global fixed income markets
  • Must be self-driven and organized
  • Experience in equities/forex/commodities volatilities is a plus
  • Experience in trading/investment is a plus
  • Familiarity in machine learning/alternative data is a plus
  • Students graduating by Summer of 2023 strongly preferred
